Barbora Reinischová

Barbora Reinischová, specializing mainly in electronic communications law joined the team of HALAMA LEGAL in April 2011. She previously worked for Czech telecommunication companies  VOLNÝ, a.s. (since 2007) and Dial Telecom, a.s. (since 2008), where shesince 2008 led the legal and compliance department. 

While working for these operators Barbora gained  experience in the are of telecommunication law and also in general legal areas, such as employment law, commercial law, civil law, and administrative law.  As regards ICT, Barbora adviced on regulatory legal matters, interconnection of networks, operator disputes, audio-text services,  drafted contracts for server-housing, webhosting, portal services, etc.  She was in charge of compliance of legal compliance by the  telecommunication operators vis-a-vis the Czech Telecommunication Office, Data Protection Office,  Competition Office, etc. She also represented telecommunication operators in industry associations, such as  ICTU, where she as a member of the legislative committee commented on legislative changes and participated in drafting of strategic documents for the industry.
